1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StudyPlanner (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2) What the App Does

StudyPlanner is a personal productivity app that helps you manage tasks, track moods, and run focus (Pomodoro) sessions. The app is designed to work offline and stores your entries locally on your device.

3) Your Content

You may enter information such as tasks, mood notes, categories, photos, and voice notes (“your content”).

• You keep ownership of your content.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.

4) Local Storage and Data Responsibility

Your content is stored locally on your device. Because the app does not provide cloud accounts or sync:

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and your local data.
• If you delete the app, clear storage, reinstall, or change phones, your data may be lost.

5) Backups

To protect sensitive information, the app excludes its database and attachments (photos/voice notes) from Android/Google automatic backups and device-to-device transfer. As a result, your data may not be restored automatically.

6) Analytics

StudyPlanner uses Google/Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve features. Analytics is used to track app interactions (for example, screens opened and buttons tapped). We do not intentionally collect your personal entries through analytics. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app. For example, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the app or its functionality
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

8) No Medical or Professional Advice

Mood tracking and productivity features are provided for informational and personal use only. The app does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. If you need professional support, consult a qualified professional.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

11) Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the app and may update these Terms from time to time. If we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
